Remote Support Requirements & Disclaimer

Remote support sessions are conducted on the basis that a stable internet connection is available and that remote access to your UniFi system can be provided.

Support is typically provided via read-only access or via screen sharing, where we will guide you through any recommended configuration changes.

Any changes made to your network or system configuration during a remote support session are carried out at your own discretion and responsibility.

Home Network Solutions accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss of service, data, configuration, or system functionality resulting from actions taken during or following a remote support session.

While every effort will be made to diagnose and resolve your issue, we do not guarantee that all faults can be identified or resolved remotely.

Remote support is a standalone service. Home Network Solutions does not provide on-site support as part of this service. On-site assistance is only available by separate arrangement and is limited to properties located within Berkshire and London, United Kingdom.

Support requests are typically responded to within 1–3 business days. Home Network Solutions reserves the right to refuse service where remote support is deemed unsuitable. In such cases, any fees paid will be refunded in full.

Remote Support Fees & Payment Terms

Remote support sessions are charged at a rate of £75 per hour + VAT.

A minimum one-hour session applies in most cases. Payment is required in advance of the scheduled support session.

Where additional time is required beyond the initial session, further time will be billed at the same hourly rate. Payment for additional time will be taken before the booked session time expires.

Time spent arranging or processing payment will not be deducted from your support session.
